E-Bill Overview

Our NEW e-bill technology allows you to:

  • Securely receive your water bill in your regular e-mail inbox (Sample bill).
  • Easily pay the invoice from within the secure e-mail – or continue to use your current bill pay service.
  • Conveniently pay Denver Water with an electronic check, debit or credit card.

  • No enrollment or personal information is required. Just e-mail Denver Water Customer Care your e-mail address.
  • Save time and eliminate the cost of checks, postage and bill pay service provider fees.
  • E-bills are environmentally friendly because they reduce paper waste.
  • You will always have the option of returning to paper bills at anytime.

Privacy protected and secure.

Our service partners, Western Union and Striata, use the industry’s strongest type of encryption for secure transactions.  Read more on security and Denver Water's Privacy Policy.

Ready to go paperless?

To allow time to set up your account, sign up for e-billing at least two weeks before your next bill is due. You’ll receive a confirmation message telling you when to expect your first Denver Water e-bill in your e-mail inbox.

You will receive your bill notices from ebill@denverwater.org. Be sure to add this to your address book and/or change your spam filters to allow this e-mail to get through.

You will get both an e-bill and a paper bill for your first billing cycle with e-bills. After that, no more paper bills. Remember, Denver Water bills are bi-monthly.
