Customer privacy is of great importance to Denver Water. This privacy statement is designed to explain Denver Water’s protection of your privacy rights.

When a customer signs up for a Denver Water e-mail newsletter, Internet payment option, or other electronic service Denver Water requests contact information such as name and e-mail address. This information is used to fulfill the customer’s request for service.

Denver Water will not sell, share or rent any information collected on its Web site.

Only customers who have subscribed to the e-mail newsletter or other Internet services will receive them. Customers who have subscribed to these services and no longer wish to receive them may opt-out by replying to the email and putting the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by following an unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

Changes to Privacy Statement

This policy was last updated July 2007. Should there be a material change in our privacy policy, we will post the changes to our Web site and notify customers via e-mail.
