Dillon Dam Road lane closure

As part of the final phase of the Dillon Dam security project on Dillon Dam Road/County Road 7, one lane of the road on the west side of the dam near the scenic overlook will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, through Friday, Oct. 14. Dillon Dam Road/County Road 7, which has been closed to traffic since Aug. 1 to accommodate a variety of projects taking place on and around the road, will reopen to traffic Friday, Sept. 2, at 5 p.m. Continued construction on the security enhancements will continue into October, and the normal nightly road closure from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. will continue until all the work is complete.
