Denver Water’s Mass Notification System RFP

Denver Water is in need of a mass communication service that will provide communication to Denver Water employees (approx. 1200 employees) for office closures and emergencies and a communication service that will provide capabilities to notify our customer base (240,000 customers) of main breaks, boil orders, and other water related information. The purpose of this RFP is to identify an organization that can satisfy that need.
