Traffic Advisory — Lane closures start Thursday on East 56th Avenue near Peña Boulevard

DENVER — Dec. 7, 2022 — Starting Thursday, Dec. 8, Denver Water will begin a project in the eastbound lanes of East 56th Avenue near Peña Boulevard, between Telluride Street and Tower Road. This project will take about one week to complete.

East 56th Avenue will be reduced to one lane between Telluride Street and Tower Road from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Signage will be posted but drivers should expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
