DENVER — March 2, 2023 — Starting around 7 p.m. Friday, March 3, Denver Water will begin a project to repair a broken pipe at West 29th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.

Both directions of Sheridan Boulevard will be reduced to one lane between West 29th and West 32nd avenues for about 24 hours. A signed detour route will be in place and uniformed traffic control personnel will be in place to keep traffic moving.

Work should be complete by the end of the day Saturday, March 4, but the construction schedule could change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Signage is in place in the area and commuters should expect delays and avoid the area on Saturday.
