As part of our ongoing cybersecurity work, we are excited to announce upcoming enhancements to your online account.

Starting April 7, the next time you log on to Denver Water Online, you will need to take steps to verify your user email and set up a phone number for a second verification method. This process should only take a few minutes.

The site will look different, including an enhanced water consumption dashboard, and be faster and easier to navigate. If you manage multiple accounts, you will have the ability to apply bulk updates simultaneously for some features, like mailing address and enrollment in e-bill. Your information will remain the same and continue to be secure.

You will be able to do everything that you currently do to manage your account:

  • Pay monthly water bills.
  • Review water use.
  • Change billing addresses.
  • Sign up for autopay or e-bills.
