That’s why in mid-March we temporarily suspended water shut-offs due to delinquent payments to ensure all customers have access to this vital resource.
If you have a past-due balance on your account, it’s better to pay what you can in order to keep that balance manageable.
Customers who are concerned about being able to pay their bill should contact Denver Water Customer Care at 303-893-2444, Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or online, 24/7. Team members are experienced in working with customers and providing options, like payment plans, or connecting the customer with other resources.
As a reminder, bills for water use are tied to the property. If a tenant does not pay the bill, the property owner is responsible for outstanding charges.
