Ever wonder what we do to ensure a clean, safe, great tasting water supply for the 1.5 million people who rely on us?

Go behind the scenes to see the steps we take to clean the water before delivering it to our customers’ taps.

All scheduled public tours are held Friday afternoons, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Tour dates for 2023 are:

  • April 14, Marston Treatment Plant.
  • May 5, Marston Treatment Plant.
  • June 2, Recycled Water Treatment Plant.
  • July 7, Marston Treatment Plant.
  • Aug. 4, Recycled Water Treatment Plant.
  • Sept. 8, Marston Treatment Plant.
  • Oct. 6, Marston Treatment Plant.

Space is limited and you must be 18 or older to attend. We also ask that you limit yourself to one tour per year.
