As part of your community, we love having the opportunity to talk with you and answer questions about water efficiency and conservation, our Lead Reduction Program, career opportunities, our clean, great-tasting water and more.
If you would like Denver Water to have a presence at your event or speak at your meeting, please use the links below to submit information. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within five business days.
There are several ways Denver Water can participate in your community event. We will review your request and, if accepted, determine how we can participate.
Some of our offerings include an informational booth, the Denver Water Trailer or a booth with water coolers. If your request is accepted, a representative from Denver Water will work with you on our participation.
We recommend submitting requests for events at least three weeks before the event date. This allows us adequate time to process requests and determine internal resources. Requests submitted within a shorter timeframe will be considered but may not be possible to accommodate.
We evaluate requests with these guidelines in mind:
- Increases awareness of Denver Water’s mission and vision.
- Builds the community’s appreciation for water as a vital resource.
- Enhances trust and relationships with our customers and partners.
- Honors the principles of equity.
