Denver Water Online is an account management tool available to you 24/7.

You can use this self-serve option to:

  • Pay monthly water bills.
  • Review water use.
  • Manage your contact information.
  • Sign up for autopay, paperless billing or text reminders and pay-by-text.

You will need your Denver Water account number and customer ID, to create your account. They are both located at the top of your bill.

Need help paying your bill?

We are committed to helping our customers get back on track and have resources that can help.

  • If you keep your balance below $100, you are not at risk of being turned off.
  • You can make full or partial payments online, send a check in the mail, call our automated payment service at 1-800-556-0292 or pay in person at any Western Union agent location.
  • We also partner with the Mile High United Way 2-1-1 Help Center, which is a multilingual, confidential service connecting our community to vital resources. Find out if you qualify for hardship assistance by dialing 211, texting your ZIP code to 898-211 or visiting 211Colorado.org.
