Denver Water’s e-bill is the sustainable payment option that saves time and helps you eliminate the cost of checks, postage and bill pay service provider fees.
You’ll need a Denver Water Online account and an email address to get set up for e-bill. (Our expert Customer Care representatives can help you set up your account and your e-bill, and you have the option to switch back to paper bills any time.)
To establish your Denver Water Online account, you’ll need your email address and your Denver Water account number and customer ID. (These can be found at the top of your Denver Water bill.)
Click “Manage Account/Pay Bill” in the upper right corner. Follow the prompts to create your account.
Already have your online account? Click the “Sign Up” button in the e-bill field. Your online account allows you to pay your bill, review payment and consumption history, sign up to receive text reminders and enroll in autopay plans.
