Account update postponed

As part of our ongoing cybersecurity work, we are continuing to work on upgrades to the system customers use to access their Denver Water accounts.

If you manage your Denver Water account online, in early 2022 when you log in to your account you will be asked to change your password and enable two-factor authentication.

The site will look different and be faster and easier to navigate. Your information will remain the same and continue to be secure.

And you’ll be able to do everything that you currently do to manage your account:

  • Pay monthly water bills.
  • Review water use.
  • Change billing addresses.
  • Sign up for autopay or e-bills.
